By using this website you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site. We've kept them as short and readable as we could while still saying what needs to be said.

What these terms cover

These Terms apply to this marketing website and its interactive demo. They do not govern use of our products by schools and districts — when Luma or Kivo launch, product use will be covered by a separate written agreement between Blacklink, Inc. and the school or district.

The demo workspace

The Kivo demo (including everything at kivo/app.html) is an illustration, not a real product environment. All students, staff, goals, and records shown are fictional example data. Nothing you enter is saved to a server or sent anywhere — it lives only in your browser tab until you close it. The demo is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind.

Acceptable use

• Don't interfere with, overload, or attempt to disrupt the site or its infrastructure.
• Don't scrape or reuse content in ways that compete with or harm Blacklink, Inc.
• Don't misrepresent yourself when contacting us, and don't send unlawful or harmful material through our contact channels.

Ownership

This site, its design, text, and graphics are © Blacklink, Inc. The names Luma and Kivo, along with their logos, are our trademarks. Nothing here transfers ownership to you; you get a limited, revocable right to view and share links to the site for informational purposes.

Third-party services and links

The site loads fonts from Google Fonts and links to other sites (like blacklink.net). Those services have their own terms and privacy practices, which we encourage you to read. We're not responsible for third-party content.

Disclaimers

This website is provided "as is" and "as available." We work hard to keep information accurate and the site running smoothly, but we make no guarantees about completeness, reliability, or uninterrupted availability. Product descriptions describe tools under development and may change before release.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Blacklink, Inc. won't be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of this website — including lost profits, data, or goodwill.
